Article on interior pointers in C++/CLI

After a relatively long gap (considering my normal article-writing frequency), I’ve written a new C++/CLI article for the CodeProject website. It deals with the syntax and usage of interior pointers in C++/CLI.

On a side note, those blasted spammers simply refuse to leave me alone and I currently spend nearly an hour every day, deleting over a 1000 spam-comments from my blog 😦

  1. you cannot declare interior_ptr as a member of a class, because interior_ptr is implemented using the ByRef in CLI. you can check the IL to find it. and according to the CLI spec, ByRef cannot be declared as a class member.
